She practices yoga to create space in her body for more love and less fear. Her passion and authentic person is to create more love, compassion and peace for people. After losing her Mom in 2014, she committed to her Yoga practice to allow her to manage grief by creating more space in her body. That space allowed her to find the love that she lost and ultimately saved herself. She’s forever thankful for Marla Cinilia, who showed her the light in class.

Riley Lawton- has been trained in Vinyasa yoga, breath linked with movement, since April of 2017. She achieved her RYT-200 from Prasada Yoga Center in North Hampton, NH and was trained by Dana Lincoln and Michelle Plante.  Riley began practicing yoga as a way to remain calm, focused, and in tune with herself during her busy schedule of being a full time employee and a full time college student. She had been practicing yoga and meditation for 3 years but found a deeper personal practice through Vinyasa yoga. Not only was she releasing her left over physical energy through the practice, she also truly began to feel as one with herself through the flows of the classes. She is very open with her personal practice and bases her classes and personal sessions on not only what she feels her fellow students need physically, but she aims to calm the minds of her students while helping them to find their inner peace. She works with the form and alignment of her students, Pranayama – breathing techniques, as well as meditation.
